Job Description

This position involves leading the commercial success of SLDG’s business in the Philippines within the assigned channel and to deliver on overall revenue goals/business targets. They will be responsible for market research, analyzing industry trends, and contributing to the company's expansion plans as well as providing business partners and customers with avenues of growth through the services and businesses of SLDG. As a key member of our team, they will help drive innovation, identify potential partnerships and customers, and ensure the company's continued success.

Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Knowledgeable in Project Management, Budgeting and Marketing/Branding.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptive learning to new technologies related to the job function.
  • Can handle negotiations between suppliers, renewing and prospective clients.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines.
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
  • Having experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge on the Chinese Language.
