Construction Management Department Manager
Job Description
This position plays a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects within the organization. This position requires a combination of strong leadership skills, technical expertise in construction management, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Primary Qualifications:
- Licensed Philippine Civil / Structural Engineer (graduate of BS Civil Engineering)
- Has a strong understanding of construction principles, processes, techniques, and materials
- Proven professional experience of at least 25 years in the Construction Philippines industry
- Proven managerial leadership experience of at least 7 years (Middle Leadership); Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in construction management (preferably took up Construction / Project Management for Masters), with track record of successful project completion.
Secondary Qualifications:
- Proficient in construction software / understand the use of these computer aided applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail
