Design Officer – Visualizer

Job Description

This position is for someone with a background in Architectural Rendering, whether they are an Architect or Professional in the field of Architecture but would prefer someone with an Architectural background. This position will closely work with Architects and Interior Designers, as well as the Marketing Division for certain Architectural collaterals needed.

Primary Qualifications:

Background in Architectural Rendering using programs such as Enscape, Corona, Unreal Engine
Experience with Adobe CC Programs: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Experience with AI Architectural Programs that could be beneficial to the company and ease the workload.
Understanding light, contrast, and shadows
Able to create seamless materials and form photo-realistic images.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create Architectural renders based on Sketchup Files and AutoCAD Files.
Background in AI Architectural programs/sites.
Rendering Architectural Finishes and Materials.
Creating Multimedia output.
Support the Marketing Department in the production of images for collaterals.

Criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and/or Interior Designer.
1 to 2 years of work experience in the field.
Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe CreatÍve Suite, SketchUp, and Revit
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a dynamic and collaborative work environment demonstrated attention to detail strong creativity and passion for design.
Knowledge of Space Planning.
Willing to work as part of a team.
