Design Officer - Interior Design
Job Description
This position would be for an Architect or pre-board Architecture Graduate with at least one to two years of experience or an Interior Designer with one to two years of experience who can design on their own from pre-design to construction documentation with some direction given by the manager.
Primary Qualifications:
- Licensed Philippine Architect (graduate of BS Architecture / BS Interior Design)
- Has high interest and awareness of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Secondary Qualifications:
- Has a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creatÍve solutions.
- Understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute Deliverables based on Managers’ initial vision or direction for the project.
- Understand project goals to be able to design, draft, and prepare the relevant details.
- Work within a team to submit needs for each project.
Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and/or Interior Designer.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in the field.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe CreatÍve Suite, SketchUp, and Revit
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a dynamic and collaborative work environment demonstrated attention to detail strong creativity and passion for design.
- Knowledge of Space Planning.
- Willing to work as part of a team.
