Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer who will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving employee engagement initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, labor law regulations, and employee engagement techniques.

Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Officer.
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to engagement activities.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Takes initiative in defining realistic outputs and clarifying roles, responsibilities, and expected results in the project context.
- Ability to adapt and manage deliverables and resources in a changing environment.
- Collaborative decision-maker with excellent project management skills.
