Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Generalist Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal applicant will be knowledgeable in a variety of legal disciplines and able to provide professional legal advice and representation on a wide range of issues. As a Generalist Lawyer, you will handle cases, advise clients, and ensure legal compliance. The ideal candidate can assist clients in understanding these principles, allowing them to negotiate a fair agreement while minimizing the number and severity of legal problems they face. The ideal applicant would have a comprehensive understanding of many legal disciplines and be able to provide excellent advice and counsel on a wide range of legal issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance and Policies
Contract Drafting and Review
Due Diligence
Preparation of Litigation
Dispute Resolution

Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; MA or BSc in Business Administration is advantageous.
Proven work experience as a General Corporate Lawyer, Real Estate Lawyer, and Legal Advisor roles.
Possession of a valid law license.
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
Familiarity with litigation, property management, and sales transactions.
Understanding of corporate governance, labor laws, and taxation.
Previous experience with IPOs.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated high professional ethics and integrity.
Sound judgment and excellent communication skills.
