Project Management Department Asst. Manager

Job Description

This position plays a crucial role involving supporting the PM Department Manager in planning, executing, and completing the projects of the company. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Primary Qualifications:

Licensed Philippine Architect / Licensed Civil Engineer (graduate of BS Architecture / BS Civil Engineering).
Has a proficient and strong understanding of design application and execution in terms of principles, processes, techniques, and materials.
Proven professional experience of at least 20 to 25years in the Construction / Real Estate Philippines industry.
Proven managerial leadership experience of at least 7years (Middle Leadership / Tactical Management); Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in project management (preferably took up Project Management for Masters), with a track record of successful project completion.

Secondary Qualifications:

• Proficient in project management software / understanding the use of these computer-aided applications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines.
• Ability to manage a group of professionals and multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and human behavior.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Management Department Assistant Manager will contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and be involved in resource allocation and stakeholder management.
