Sr. Project Coordinator

Job Description

This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multifaceted tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

Primary Qualifications:

  • Licensed Philippine Architect (graduate of BS Architecture)
  • Proven professional experience of at least 12 to 7 years in the Construction / Real Estate Philippines industry.
  • Proven leadership experience of at least 5 years; Has strong leadership, effective communication, and interpersonal skills; potentially demonstrating progressively increasing responsibility.

Secondary Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating 2 to 3 various projects depending on the complexity. The role involves strategic planning and highly organized documentation to ensure each project's success.
